In case you were wondering, you don't need to be alternate in any way to buy and wear this jersey. For instance, you don't have to be an alternate on the Men's or Women's U.S. Figure Skating Team. Nor do you have to love alternative rock music. The alternate really just means that the team will wear this one whenever they feel like it. You should buy one and do the same!
